Baron, native and resident of the parish of St. Francis of Punta Cortada wishes to marry Victoria Bordelau [Bourdelau] of the same nationality. Baron is the son of Jorge Baron and Mariana Lacourt, daughter of Juan Bautista Frederic and Ana Drapau. Victoria is the daughter of Antonio Bordelau and Margarita Frederic, daughter of Juan Bautista Frederic and Ana Drapau. She is an orphan and lives with his grandmother who is old and a widow and would have only about 500 pesos.

Victoria lives with her aunt who is Baron's grandmother and who is already 50 years old and Victoria would have to divide her little fortune left by her parents between 5 or 6 brothers and sisters. Lamathe is 65 years old. He signs with the bishop before Quintero.

Penalver grants the dispensation under the conditions of a general confession; four other confessions; forty "bulas" for the souls in purgatory and 50 pesos of alms. Upon fulfillment of these conditions word will be sent to the pastor of St. Francis at Punta Cortada that he may marry them. Quintero certifies this and adds that he notified Baron and that he received the 40 bulas and the receipt from the major domo for the 50 pesos.
