He publishes the regulations regarding dispensation from fast and abstinence of those subject to Military Jurisdiction and their servants and immediate families. Points concerning the eating of meat and fish at the same meal. These privileges of those subject to the Military Jurisdiction are extended to the permanent Regiment, the Dragoons, the Artillery adn Mountain Musketeers in accord with a brief of Pius VI of Oct. 6, 1775. In order that these dispensations may be published this decree is to be printed in the press of the episcopal curacy and Royal Seminary of St. Charles.

Send to General McIntosh's Quarters, the two men arrested last night at the King of Prussia Inn, and at dusk order a picket of eight men to patrol the Norristown road some distance beyond the Tavern, with orders to bring in all strangers found on the road that are unable to give a good account of themselves.
