The Board of Trustees, an entity established by and ultimately responsible to the Fellows of the University, is vested with the powers necessary for the governance of the University. It is divided into many committees reflecting its own administrative structure and its policy focuses: these committees include the Executive, Nominating, Academic and Faculty Affairs, Student Affairs, Financial Affairs, Investment, Public Relations Alumni Affairs and Development, and Advisory Councils Liason Committees.
