This series is divided into four major subseries: Talks / Lectures, Travel Letters, Articles and Miscellaneous.

This diverse series is a collection of the changing statutes, rules, charters and structures of the Grail dating from their early beginnings as the Women of Nazareth to more recent adaptations. It consists of working drafts, census replies, suggestions and evaluations by Grail members, background reference material and the finished drafts. From 1965 most material relating to change or revisions of the statutes centers around the International General Assembly, which acts as the policy making and direction setting body of the Grail. This series also contains some material on the International Nucleus Statutes both alone and as a part of the general statutes. Also of interest is a collection of prints of the early insignia of the Women of Nazareth. This series contains working papers, correspondence, reports, resource materials, evaluations, census returns, files from individual committees or groups involved in specific International General Assemblies, material on structures, miscellaneous talks and assorted miscellaneous material.

Material is subdivided into individual IGA's and arranged chronologically by year of the Assembly.

This series is composed of material dealing with meetings and issues of International Grail concern and contains correspondence, minutes, worksheets, reports and research material as well as questionnaires and responses. Most International Meetings consist of a single folder which has one or more of the above types of records contained, with the exception of the Aggiornamento Year which has several folders divided into record types.

Material arranged chronologically by date of the meeting, then numerically or chronologically within the folder. The Questionnaires, however, are grouped by question and type of response.

This series is made up of correspondence including general correspondence and letters from the International President to the National President. Most of the early general correspondence is in Dutch and from "Mother Margaret," the first International Grail President. Of special interest is one hand-written note from Rev. van Ginneken penciled in on the back of a letter from Holland. Also in this series are scattered files on the elections of the International President and Vice-Presidents, financial records, miscellaneous reports, address lists, and subject files which deal in large part with Grail - United Nations relations under UNESCO, UFER, and NGO. The correspondence is arranged chronologically, the elections are divided into Presidential or Vice-Presidential and arranged chronologically within each section. The Subject files are arranged alphabetically by subject and chronologically within each. All other record types are arranged chronologically.
