Annual compilations of statistics showing, for each of the HOSPITALS the number of in patients, out patients, nursing days, charity nursing days, births, night duties, deaths, sisters, baptisms, conversions, and holy communions; for each of the HOMES the number of inmate days, admissions, discharges, night duties, deaths, cared for (in total), residents remaining, conversions, holy communions, and sisters; and for each of the ORPHANAGES the number of children at the start of the year, admissions, discharges, cared for (in total), kindergardener, school attendees, sisters, deaths, and children on hand at the end of the year.

There is a small series of Convent Fact Sheets sent in to the Province Finance Office from the convents giving contact information, information about convent checking accounts, convent automobiles, convent pastors or chaplains, and sisters stationed at the convent and their assignements. These do not appear to have been sent on a regular basis.

There are a few reports sent in by individual sisters reporting on their activity. These are generally sent in on forms asking for the sister's address, the number of sisters stationed at that mission, the number of people with whom the sister comes in contact, and a description of the sister's activities.
