The national and regional study weeks complemented the Summer Sessions by reaching larger numbers of YCS's. Between 100 and 200 students attended these national conventions which were held in the midwest in June. The study weeks featured speakers, panel discussions, and workshops. The files for the National Study Weeks are quite complete, with correspondence, agendas, copies study week files are much less complete. The earliest material dates from the 1940s.

Series ten includes reports, publications and correspondence of YCS groups around the world. There are reports of the Secretary General of International YCS, material from the Committee on International Development, material relating to world meetings of International YCS, international correspondence, international Bulletins, and sample publications of the YCS federations of many nations.
Series eleven contains similar material to series ten, but limited to the North American region. Representatives of the national YCS movements in this area kept in close contact, and held annual meetings, usually in Canada. The Canadian and U.S. YCS federations were by far the most active,but there was contact with Caribbean area YCS groups.
Series twelve consists of the files maintained by YCS on the programs and activities of other national student groups, both religious and secular. It includes correspondence, information brochures, and publications, as well as records of YCS participation in some of these groups.
Series thirteen includes material related to the production of the yearly inquiry program. There are completed copies of the programs rough drafts, discussion material, planning committee records, and correspondence.
Series fourteen consists of a collection of material relating to the production of the various publications issued by YCS. There are copies of many of these publications, rough drafts, records of planning sessions, and business correspondence.
