After examining the tax lists sent by Penalver in his letter of December 21, 1795 and noticing that they contained many things not exempted by Royal Decrees, the Council of the West Indies has decided to send copies of those decrees against which Penalver has transgressed. Penalver will correct the lists and send them to the Court of the District that they may be sent to the Royal Council for examination. This is signed by the king and by Fran(cis)co Cerdasse.
