to Bishop (Luis Penalver y Cardenas) Broutin, appointed archivist and notary by the bishop on July 11, 1797, can no longer fulfill his office because of his advanced age of 75 and his nearsightedness. He asks that another be appointed in his place. A.L.S. (Spanish)
