In spite of the vigilance of the officers of the Fund for Widows and Orphans, it has been discovered that one pensioner, having married secretly in April, 1793 continued to collect her pension up to March, 1801, thus embezzling 19 thousand reales or more. The king asks all archbishops and bishops of Spain and the Indies to see that no certificates will be given (which will make this possible).
