In his letter of June 10, (Hassett) asked Deva to expose his intentions in case this Province went to the French Republic, whether he would remain or go over to Spanish territory. Also (Hassett) ordered an inventory of the church. His intentions are to return to Europe and to serve his king. He encloses an inventory.

Deva, pastor of the Church of the Assumption, in compliance with Hassett's letter of the 10th begins this inventory in the presence of Josef Nicolas Hebert, majordomo and Ambrocio Hebert, sacristan. The sacred vessels, the furnishings of the church and the resources of the church are listed.
