AMADEUS JOSEPH, BROTHER (WEYERS, PETER)

Brother Amadeus, entered June 17, 1854; took habit Feb. 20, 1855; Teacher in Cincinnati; died of small pox at Brothers' house there near St. Francis Church, September 2, 1888.

"Brother Amadeus died at Notre Dame on August 2, strengthened by the last Sacraments. He was a man of saintlike simplicity, humility, and faith." AVE MARIA 27;259, 1888
