Decour asks (Penalver) to receive testimony of the witnesses as follows: Decoux is the son of Carlota Julia Labe and Jose Decoux, son of Pedro Decoux and Ana Decuire, daughter of Juan Decuire and Isabel Chartrein; Emiliana Decuire is the daughter of Magdalena Baho and Juan Pablo Decuire, son of Genoveva Mayeux and Francisco Decuire, son of Juan Decuire and Isabel Chartrein; Emiliana's father is dead and her mother, who has many children, is sick and cannot support them. Decoux asks for a dispensation.
