Ramis, majordomo of the cathedral, informs (Penalver) that on Friday the street was opened between the Cathedral and the Cabildo cutting off the use of the community room(?) built there and since they also need a storage room for the cathedral, Ramis asks (Penalver) to petition the (Cabildo) for a piece of land the width of the church and sacristy and 14 or 15 feet in depth.

Pedesclaux, clerk of the Cab(il)do and government, certifies that in this day's session of the Cabildo, presided over by Manuel Gayoso de Lemos, president, and attended by Francisco de Riano, Gabriel Fonvergue, Pedro Deny de LaRonde, Pedro de LaRoche, Francisco Pascalis De La Barre, Jaime Fonda, Josef Leblanc, Juan de Castanedo, Feliz Arnaud, the gentlemen, being informed of the documents presented by Ramis to the bishop and this cabildo and the decree of the bishop, agreed to concede the land according to the plan submitted.
