Boudrau, a native of Valenzuela, wishes to marry Isabel of the same parish but they are related. He begs (Penalver) to hear his testimony and that of the two witnesses. Boudrau is the son of Margarite Tiba(u)deau and Estevan Boudrau, son of Maria Aucoin and Estevan Boudrau, son of Claudio Boudrau. Isabel is the daughter of Ana Duga and Jose Ignacio Hebert, son of Magdalena Doiron and Juan Hebert, son of Jose Hebert and Maria Boudrau, daughter of Claudio Boudrau. Isabel's mother is dead and her father is old, with four children and his land produces only enough for his children. Boudrau does not know how to sign.
