Juan Godro, a native and resident of Valenzuela, wishes to marry Francisca Aucoin but they find that they are related in the fourth degree. Godro is the son of Ana Pitre and Jose Godro, son of Magdalena Pitre and Fran(cis)co Godro, son of another Francisco Godro and Luisa Aucoin. Francisca Aucoin, also of this parish, is the daughter of Ana Hebert and Jose Aucoin, son of Maria Burk and Alexo Aucoin, son of Maria Goden and Martin Aucoin, brother of Luisa Aucoin. Francisca's father is dead and her mother poor and old with another small son.
