McCullagh has just arrived in Lima from Brazil. He found a telegram from the Ave Maria accepting his proposal to write a few articles from South America. He is next going to La Paz, then to Chile, and then to the Argentine. McCullagh encloses an article on Russia he wrote in "El Comercio", biggest and best peper in Lima, but one which is sometimes inclined to dally with Bolshevism. He is going to set the South American papers right so they do not go the same way as Mexico.
