2 cut-out newspaper articles on Soviet Russia, a copy of a "Memorandum Submitted to Department of Defense on Propaganda Activities of Military Personnel" by Fulbright in the Senate (copy from Congressional Record, August 2, 1961), and typed drafts (with handwritten corrections) of what appear to be a few chapters of Deceitful Peace: A New Look at the Soviet Threat (New Rochelle, N.Y.: Arlington House, 1971). There are also two pages of handwritten notes regarding the book and a letter from Niemeyer to Arlington Publishers (Nov. 29, 1966) including a plan for the book.
- CGNM 4/16 Folder : Conference on European Problems (CEP) 1988-1993
A large collection of newspaper articles, documents, and conference papers (2 by Niemeyer) focusing on the meetings of the Conference on European Problems from 1988-1993. One paper by Niemeyer is an 8-page talk entitled "Beyond Institutions of Power and Patterns of Profit," and another is a 12-page paper entitled "Reorientation Required." A letter from Richard B. Foster of June 1, 1988 indicates that "Reorientation Required" was to be published in Comparative Strategy Vol. 7, No. 4, although this doesn't appear in the Selected Bibliography.
- CGNM 4/17 Folder : Conference on European Problems (CEP) 1986-1987
Letters and documents relating to the establishment of the Conference on European Problems in 1986, including a list of members and officers (Niemeyer as President) and plans for a conference in Kloster Banz. There are also a number of newspaper and magazine articles from 1986-1989. Of most interest is a draft of a paper (with accompanying handwritten notes) by Niemeyer entitled "Western Weaknesses in the Ideological Struggle," apparently unpublished according to the available Bibliography. The paper contains an assessment of the "human rights" basis for U.S. foreign policy, a probing analysis of the non-Western ideological mind, and an explanation of the failure of the U.S. to "leave our message in countries and areas which we could militarily wrest from the enemy." Although it is aimed towards communist ideology, it possesses a continuing relevance for the struggle of the West against Islamic fundamentalism in the Middle East.

The two conference papers include one by Eugene P. Wigner entitled "The Unity of Science," and one by William G. Pollard entitled "Is Religion Functional as a Source of a Standard of Value Today?" which contains frequent handwritten markings and comments by Niemeyer.
