Provincial Correspondence is divided between general correspondence, correspondence with the Generalate at Dernbach, correspondence with other provinces and regions, and correspondence with dioceses in which the American Province is active. General Provincial correspondence is organized either chronologically or alphabetically by correspondent, depending on the Provincial. General correspondence does not appear to have been systematically preserved before Mother Theresa Kellermann in 1949. Correspondence related to specific Province activities or missions may be found in subject files related to those activities or missions.
