Records which do not belong to the American Province proper, but rather were generated and kept by the individual institutions of the Province, including the Motherhouse, which somehow found their way back to the Provincial Motherhouse. These records related to the institutions' own specific activities. They vary from institution but include financial ledgers and record books of various kinds such as records of patient or student accounts, student attendance records, maternity ward records, etc.; records related to construction and maintenance of facilities; records of specific projects; and correspondence.
Rolled and uncatalogued oversize blueprints, drawings, and plats relating to various hospitals, homes, convents, etc. are found in mc1/04 (if flat) and in the Records Center (if rolled).
