A letter to Al. ~ Gordon says that Homer Jack has given him the opportunity to join a 6 day interreligious conference in Saigon. Homer fels it is important to have more Catholic participation. Gordon would like to know if there is any way the the IFOR could make arrangements to send him as an IFOR observer or CPF observer and that way cover the cost of such a trip.
