Brother Aidan's Extracts

COSMAS, BROTHER (HENRY RILEY) Died: July 28th, 1870.

"This young Brother was accidentally drowned in St. Joseph's River when bathing after a little picnic given to the young students on the bank of the river. He had no permission to bathe. Let us hope that God gave him the grace of a true contrition! He was not as fervent as he had been formerly. He was 16 years old." Father Granger: Chronicles
