Penalver grants the dispensation under the conditions that they make a general confession to repair the scandal, that they go to the principal Mass every Sunday and holy days for a month, and recite the rosary daily. Notice is to be sent to the pastor of the Church of the Assumption so that on fulfillment of all requirements, he may marry them. Quintero certifies this and adds in a note that he sent the notice as ordered.
