By a decree of the 22nd of the month Walsh has assigned February 24 at 10 o'clock for the publication of the Bull of the Crusade and the indult of Pius VI for the use of meat (?) (the manuscript is stained and illegible) during the Lenten days of 1800 and 1801. Walsh informs Penalver so that with his assent the necessary orders may be given to the pastor of the Cathedral.
