His mother is the daughter of Pedro Faillard and Fran(cis)ca Fisau. His fiancee's mother and his grandmother are daughters of Pedro Fisau and Fran(cis)ca Delorme so they are related in the third degree. They are poor and at Bay St. Louis had three children: Bernardo 4 years old and twins Fran(cis)co and Maximiliano, one year, baptized by the pastor of Mobile. He asks for a dispensation so they may be married by the pastor of Mobile. Etienne Peroche signs as Bourgois does not know how.
