auxiliary of Havana). He trusts that Cirilo's zeal will cause the effective publication of the Bull of Indulgence (Bula de Crusada) to the great spiritual profit of his flock. Therefore he send a copy of the latest instructions and another of a very learned sermon reprinted by the order of the king (Charles IV of Spain. He asks Cirilo to give his opinion concerning their usefulness and to mention some one to whom the necessary faculties could be granted in case he (Cirilo) does not care to exercise them himself.
