It says that CPF was shamed to find that their contributions were being used to further the war efforts, and contrasts it with the efforts of Caritas Internationalis, a Vatican peace organization. An appeal is made to CRS to change their practices and policies, and to Catholics in general to support Caritas Internationalis financially. 1968
