Discussed his visit to Franz Jaegerstaetter's cell and his efforts to get him to change his mind. Also discussed the actual "trial" before the Reichskriegsgericht, the highest military tribunal. Finally, Feldman mentioned inviting the pastor to come to Berlin to try and change Franz's mind to no avail.

Said that Franz was in no way improper or disrespectful, but rather the opposite and said that if he was placed in the same situation he would have acted in the same way.
