to Father Thomas Hasset(t) The Governor General has today informed Collell as follows: On April 15 the Captain General of these provinces told him that the Secretary of State and War Office informed him on September 12 of the following royal order: the king gives Bouligny permission to marry Ana but without the right to benefits from the Widows' and Orphans' Fund if he does not die in battle.
