Gordon says that his writings are too abstract and more appropriate for an intellectual audience. He recommends that a more popularized version be written.

Book review of Eastern Politics of the Vatican 1917-1979 by Hansjakob Stehle with a note to the book review editor of WORLDVIEW from Gordon attached. ~ Stehle recounts the diplomatic dealing between the Vatican and Russia during this time, showing that politics wins out over morality. Gordon says that this excellent study challenges the reader to address the question of the proper relationship between spiritual and secular authority.

Book review of The Case Against Suicide by William Rauscher. A note from Michael Farrell of the National Catholic Reporter is attached asking him to do the review. ~ Gordon agrees with William's assessment that suicide is becomming much more acceptable and that the value of human life is being devalued through such things as abortion, euthenasia, and the production of nuclear weapons. He says that the work is not profound; however it could help to save lives and therefore is a worthy book.
