Remarks that Mr. Nasif in the July 28 issue of PILOT is wrong when he credits gay "propaganda" as the source of Gordon's support for the upcoming "gay rights" legislation. Says his position is based on his own theological / philosophical principles he learned and taught at Catholic Universities. Recommends that Mr. Nasif read the new edition of his book GERMAN CATHOLIC'S AND HITLER'S WARS because he believes it would change the nature of his accusations.

- CZHN 10/13842 Correspondence : Gordon Zahn - Letter to Ms. Jane Gurhet, Promotion for University of Notre Dame Press 1989/0808
Thanks her for sending the Press catalog; impressed by the blurb citing America: asks where and when she got it. Is curious because he is hoping to stir interest in the book by writing an article, "On Being Recycled: A Reflection," which goes into more detail about the controversy he touched upon in the new preface. Since America was involved in the controversy, they deserved first refusal of the publication and that refusal came fast. He has sent the article elsewhere, but has heard nothing yet.
