Armando Broux of St. James parish of Cabahonoce wishes to marry Celeste of La Fourche and asks (Hassett) to let the testimony about the impediment to their marriage be heard by Father Patrick Mangan, pastor of St. James, since it is well-known that an epidemic of small pox is raging in the city and some who are fearful of contagion do not wish to expose themselves by going down to the capital.
