Fulton, of El Rapido, appears and states that at the beginning of November Jorge Loveless seduced Sophia Wells and took her to Natchez where he married her according to the rites of the Anglican church, accompanied by Jorge Row, her guardian. As head of this family Fulton asks (Hassett) to impose on them canonical penances prescribed since all three are now in the district of New Feliciana, if they have not yet returned to El Rapido.
