Tom Barkes sold a four-play subscription season to "Notre Dame/Saint Mary's Theatre," two plays produced at Notre Dame and two at Saint Mary's College by each institution's respective academic unit. "Notre Dame/Saint Mary's Theatre" continued in this configuration until 1990.
